I would send this to you to express my sincere gratitude on how Dialogue has treated Spectrum as a partner. To help others understand how partner friendly Dialogue is I need to go back to the beginning of our partnership in 2009. I can honestly say it was a pleasure negotiating the agreement with Dialogue you were all about what made sense for both of us and any concerns I had he addressed openly and honestly. It was quite easy to come to a fair agreement. I also need to mention the actual service has been outstanding. I love the call prompt where it answers Spectrum Conferencing Services and the emails directly after the call so I can see who attended and keep track of the approximate monthly invoice. I don’t think I have yet to call Customer Service due to quality, volume, etc.… Something I did have on occasion for our previous provider. Finally, the service we have encountered with the entire Dialogue team has always been spot on. Whether we need help closing an account or whether we had a question that needed addressed I could always count on you getting back to me very promptly. Please tell the whole team thank you!
